Participation in the SBK digital health platform "Gesund um die Welt" (Healthy Around the World) is subject to the following terms and conditions. Please read these carefully before using "Gesund um die Welt." By agreeing to the terms and conditions, you declare your acceptance of them.
Information on the processing of personal data in connection with the use of the platform can be found in the SBK's privacy policy.
Content of the digital health platform
"Gesund um die Welt" aims to motivate and raise awareness among participants about healthy and sustainable everyday living. The platform provides general information on health topics and is not a substitute for medical advice or treatment. Furthermore, the platform does not provide therapy recommendations and is not a substitute for visiting a doctor. If you have any health restrictions, it is recommended that you seek medical advice in advance.
Upon registration, each participant receives their own user profile, which they can use to participate in the health program. By successfully completing modules, participants can collect stamps for a virtual, personal passport. The modules consist of videos, quizzes, and articles.
The technical implementation and copyright design of the platform are carried out by Acture Germany GmbH on behalf of SBK.
eligible participants
The "Gesund um die Welt" health platform is aimed at participants in SBK company campaigns. You do not need to be insured with SBK to participate in "Gesund um die Welt." There is no age limit for participation. Participation is free of charge and completely voluntary for participants.
Start of participation
Participation begins with logging in to the platform. Only one account per person may be opened on the platform.
Termination of participation
Participation is limited to the specified promotional period and can be terminated by you at any time without notice. To do so, you must send written notification to the responsible contact person at SBK or by email to gesundumdiewelt@sbk.org.
blocking
SBK is entitled to block all or certain data of a user without prior notice or warning, to remove it partially or completely, or not to store the data provided by the user for uploading, if SBK has reasonable grounds to believe that the user
(1) constitutes defamation or libel against other natural or legal persons,
(2) violates protected rights such as copyrights and ancillary copyrights, trademark and other labeling rights, patent rights, trade secrets, or confidentiality agreements,
(3) causes damage to persons or property or otherwise harasses persons,
(4) infringes the rights of other persons, such as the protection of privacy or general personal rights,
(5) contains pornographic, obscene, otherwise immoral and offensive, or illegal content/data/links,
(6) incites or promotes acts that are unlawful or unconstitutional,
(7) could be prosecuted under applicable criminal or civil law,
(8) and/or if there is reasonable cause to believe that the user is violating these terms and conditions of participation.

Participation in "Gesund um die Welt" requires registration via the SBK online portal.
To participate, the personal data marked with * must be entered in full and the terms and conditions of participation and the privacy policy must be accepted. Immediately after submitting the registration, an email containing your personal license code will be sent to the email address provided by the registered person. You can use this license code to log in to the portal. The license code is personalized and may not be shared with others.
Registration and identification procedures
Registration is done with a personal license code or by clicking on a personal link that the registered person received by email from the SBK after registration. Access is not possible without a license code.
Duties of care and cooperation of the user
Please follow the instructions and user guidance on the screen. Check that the data you have entered is correct and complete.
Personal license code
The user is obliged to take appropriate measures to protect their personal license code. The personal license code allows only the registered person to access "Gesund um die Welt." To prevent third parties from accessing the site, log out of "Gesund um die Welt" after each use by clicking the logout button in the profile area. The participant is obliged to ensure that no third party gains possession of the personal license code.
recipes
During the "Healthy Around the World" campaign, SBK provides recipes to users. Before using the recipes, users must independently check the list of ingredients for allergens (e.g., nuts, gluten, dairy products) and take personal health restrictions into account. People with allergies or special dietary requirements may only cook recipes under supervision.
Use of the provided material
The material provided by SBK as part of its participation (in particular images, videos, audio files) may only be used by the user for private, non-commercial purposes. Reproduction, distribution, or public access is not permitted without prior consent.
liability
SBK accepts no liability for damages arising from a third party obtaining the personal license code as a result of the user's breach of duty of care.
SBK accepts no liability for the accessibility, technical usability, or virus-free nature of the Internet pages or transmitted files, unless there is evidence of intent or gross negligence.
The SBK is not liable for any damage resulting from the use of the information, in particular from cooking recipes, and in particular for allergic reactions, intolerances, or health impairments. The user is expressly advised of their own responsibility and must ensure that they have no known allergies or intolerances to the ingredients listed.
Furthermore, SBK shall not be liable in cases of force majeure, in particular natural disasters, war, strikes, official measures, or other events beyond SBK's control and which could not be avoided.
Change to the terms and conditions of participation
The SBK may update or amend these conditions of participation at any time. The current version of the conditions of participation is binding.
end of program
The SBK reserves the right to discontinue, modify, or replace the "Healthy Around the World" platform as such at any time.
