Here you will find a brief description of the most important components of the challenge as well as answers to frequently asked questions.
Frequently asked questions
Why is providing your email address helpful?
We only need your email address if you no longer have your login details to hand. We can only send you your key again if you provided this information when activating your key (login code) or in your profile. If you do not wish to provide your email address, you can contact your company's SBK representative if you forget your login details.
What are first names and last names used for?
If you entered your first and last name when activating your profile, these will appear on your passport.
How can I log out?
Open your profile using the yellow tab in the navigation bar. There you will find a yellow button to log out of this browser. Your learning progress and your passport will not be lost. You can continue your healthy journey at any time on the same or another device by using your personal link or entering the key from the email you received at the start of the campaign.
How can I delete my personal data?
Open your profile via the yellow tab in the navigation bar. There you will find a red button to delete all your trip data. But be careful: your learning progress and your passport will be irretrievably lost. If you then return via your personal link or by entering your key from the email sent at the start of the campaign, you will have to complete all the tasks again.
Why do I need the personal link or key (login code)?
We can identify you and save your achievements using your personal key or personal link. Keep both safe (save the link as a favorite) so that you can continue your healthy journey around the world at any time. Sharing the link or key is prohibited.
Can I continue my journey on another device?
Yes, you can continue your journey on any device. To do so, you will need your personal link or your personal key from the registration email (subject: Welcome aboard – your "Healthy Around the World" journey begins). It is best to save both the registration email and the link + code directly on your first visit. If you can no longer or no longer wish to continue working on a device, log out via the yellow button in your profile before closing the browser.
Why does the page look different for me than it does for others?
The display may vary depending on your browser. Settings such as your employer's security policies may also have an impact.
Why does a PDF appear strange or incorrect?
This is often due to the browser you are using or specific security or privacy settings. Try using a different browser or download the PDF and open it locally.
Can I use the portal in incognito mode?
Incognito mode is only suitable to a limited extent. Some functions may not work or only work partially in this mode.
Why do some features not work in incognito mode?
In incognito mode, cookies and stored data are blocked or deleted after closing, for example. This can impair important functions of the portal.
Do I have to accept cookies?
Yes. Cookies must be accepted in order to use the full functionality of the portal.
What happens if I do not accept cookies?
Without cookies, not all functions may be available or the portal may only function to a limited extent.
components
Modules
On your journey, you will visit a total of five countries, which we call modules. There are tasks for each country that you can complete. Once you have completed 80 percent of the tasks in a module and marked them as complete, you will receive a stamp in your passport. A new module/country will be unlocked every month. You can work through the modules in any order, provided they have already been unlocked.
tasks
Various tasks await you in each country (module). You can work on and complete these tasks in any order. Once you have completed 80 percent of the tasks in a module and marked them as complete, you will receive a stamp in your passport.
favorites
You can use the heart icon to mark tasks that you particularly like or want to remember as favorites. You will find an overview of all your favorites on the start page.
You can scroll through this overview by clicking left or right. This allows you to see all your saved tasks and jump directly to a favorite task at any time.
Evaluation
At the beginning (check-in) and end (check-out) of your healthy journey, you will find a short questionnaire in the tasks section and on the home page. Completing the questionnaire is anonymous and voluntary. We use the results to further optimize the service for you.
Cookbook
We have compiled the recipes from your healthy journey around the world in a cookbook in PDF format. Two weeks before the end of the trip, you can download the cookbook from the homepage and save it for yourself.
duration
Healthy Around the World is designed to last five months. Your employer has set the start date for the trip. Every four weeks, you can discover a new country. If you join later than the start date, you can still view the countries that have already been unlocked. Once the trip is over, the content will remain available to you for another four weeks.
Passport
In your passport, you collect a stamp for each country you visit on your healthy journey. You will receive the stamp when you have completed at least 80 percent of the tasks in that country. Your passport also serves as your certificate of participation. You can download it at any time from the home page and save it for your records. If you opted to enter your name during activation or added it to your profile later, it will also appear in your passport.
Your profile
When you log in for the first time and in your profile, you can voluntarily enter your name and email address. You can edit these in your profile. We provide you with all the data we have stored about you and your trip for you to copy and save. You can also log out of your current browser in your profile or delete all your data stored on the portal. To continue your healthy journey, your personal login link is also available there for you to copy.
